4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice terms.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• All software, content, and tools developed by Rakebig Services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of service. This obligation remains in effect even after service termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rakebig Services is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data or profits.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your systems or data.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services rendered in the past 3 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services:

• For breach of these terms.
• If the client engages in illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities.
• Upon project completion or contract expiration.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use or recommend third-party services or software. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or legal compliance of such third-party tools.

10. Governing Law
